Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note, shipping delays may occur due to enhanced safety measures, high volume, natural circumstances as well as other location/carrier specific issues that are out of our control. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 shipping within Canada.

For orders under $100, shipping rates will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 shipping within the USA.

For orders under $100 shipping rates will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges and estimates for all other international destinations will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Romp Clothing Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status and estimated delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

* Please note if you chose Small Packet USA Air or Letter Mail as your shipping option these methods do NOT include a tracking number. Please choose a tracked shipping option at checkout if you’d like to track your order. *

If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the shipping carrier for further information.

 
How can I cancel or edit an order I've already placed?

If you need to edit or cancel your order please contact us immediately at rompclothingco@gmail.com. We will do our best to make any requested changes but once an order has been shipped no changes can be made.
